VinylStudio (“the App”) is developed and operated by an independent developer based in Poland, who acts as the data controller for the purposes of applicable data protection laws.

VinylStudio does not require account registration. You do not create an account and no personal profile information is collected.
All records and content you create in the App are stored locally on your device.
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple’s native iCloud services. The developer does not have access to your iCloud data.
The App offers optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple.
Subscription management and receipt validation are handled by RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process anonymous purchase-related data such as subscription status, transaction identifiers, and device-related technical information.
This data is used solely for managing subscriptions and purchase validation.

VinylStudio does not use analytics tools, advertising SDKs, third-party tracking, or behavioral profiling.
The App does not track users across apps or websites.
The App does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
Purchase-related data may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat solely for subscription management.
If you contact us via email, your message is sent using your own email provider.
The App does not collect email addresses directly. Any email communication is stored within your email provider’s system and handled solely for support purposes.
